Per previous 2017 10Q releases, we are due any time.
While news included in the report is officially not supposed to leak out until the release, it always seems to do so a few days before release. In part because data in the release is somewhat available. More on that below.
Since the stock suddenly jumped up over 30%, my guess is the news is going to be good. This only makes sense, as this report will reflect another quarter of zero debt, money in the bank, great biopsy test results, and continued sales of products in market that are reaching more states/regions than reflected in the previous 10Q.
Even though a state passes that MMJ is legal, it takes time to ramp up distribution in those states. So Arizona, for example, is just now coming online a year after passing the law. Ohio passed it as well last November but has bungled roll out. So, you will see spikes as states get their crap together post-legalization, and CNBX will be sold there once the states get dispensaries set up.
Do not be fooled by those that try to point out that CNBX hasn't spent much on research. CNBX research is being performed in conjunction with Israel's Ministry of Health, which picks up a lot of the costs.
These are facts that are trackable between reports but are more apt to make it into news articles when released all at once and thus pps spikes when positive reports are released or are about to be released. (Many of us watch hours of football on Saturday, yet we still turn on Sports Center to get bite-sized recaps of what we may already know. The same is true with the press and press releases).
Previous 2017 10K releases took place on a Tuesday (Jan. 17th), a Friday (April, 14th) and a Monday (July 17th), so again, we are due any time.
I usually do not throw pps projections around, but if you want to get in under a dollar on this run, you're gonna want to get it done asap in my opinion. It may bounce a bit due to fomo's selling and buying, but all in all, there is no bad news, and there is actually a whiff of buyout/buy-in going around... which MAY BE why you haven't seen a 10Q yet if they are sealing a deal before year-end.
