The median price here in San Diego is 600,000 , RE has doubled in Value here in the last 8 years. Glad i bought mine 20 years ago when it was cheap. DP has done well for himself...he built a nice company from scratch and put his arse on the line with being a company that does seed to sale in Federal uncharted waters. The guys that whine about DP's money is because they never took risks or know how much work and stress it takes to build a company the way DP has.
