IMO Ernie it was not an inside trade but an investor who knows the truth of TECO and wants to get in Big Time.

I doubt he placed an AON order with his broker so got such a small order filled.

There are no sellers is why there is no volume

No sir. Not my opinion., but a FACT

I expose Illegal Naked Short Selling scams to gain knowledge about how the illegal activity effects innocent investors in effected penny stocks caused by the NSS Players. I have not received any compensation for my services. Only a few thank yous
