That is untrue and you can look up if a company is being investigated by the sec for anything. First the company gets a trading halt notice then the investigation takes place. If you do not believe me look at what took place with bitcf. A letter is sent, a notice to share holders is given, trading is halted, 9 days for investigation takes place. The company either resumes trading with attorney letter or goes grey sheets without mms
