I don't think we will see $5/share (although I hope I am incorrect) until sometime after a clinical trial is completed.

- I don't think we'll see a clinical trial completed until an IND application is approved.

- I don't think we'll see an IND application approved until a lead is selected.

- I don't think we'll see a lead selected until Seymour pays Diwan some millions of dollars for rights to VZV indications.

- I don't think we'll see Seymour paying Diwan millions of dollars for rights to VZV indications and also have enough money for IND studies and clinical trials until Seymour raises some tens of millions of dollars.

- I don't think Seymour will raise the amount of money required for meaningful drug development and feeding Diwan's "big ole sweet tooth" before NNVC becomes insolvent some time before Sept 2018.

Failing after spending $80 Million over 13 years has permanently tainted the technology. Anyone with a functioning brain will be suspicious that "something might be wrong".

The Company does not currently have a license from TheraCour for the VZV area.
