I actually got a same day response from an email to Halitron:

My question:

"Do you know how many shares you will buy back? Or at least a range?"

Their response:

"Thank you for your email. We cannot provide any guidance on the timing nor the amount of a buyback. We do hope we will have enough investor support along with the buyback to increase the share price to be eligible for the up list the OTC Markets QB platform."
