Actually it's up to me and each investor. I, personally, will never invest in a company if he is associated with it. I am a firm believer that a CEO is responsible for what takes place in his company, i.e., "The buck stops here."

This is not a matter of criminal record. This is a matter of CEO performance and accountability.
