I'd guess that to be the case also.

He can use Facebook, Twitter and the Website to disseminate public info, save the press release expense, then the power of word of mouth amongst parents, schools etc via the same mediums, word will spread.

At one time a heavy hitter marketing guy joined us, have not heard much since, so don't know if he's still involved?

At any rate, I think he needs a quarterback brought in from the outside to fill the word spreading thing along with him.
