Welcome back, Denise!

I think it looks very promising, finally, after all these years.

I really wished I had more entry at this level instead of having a slightly higher average.

Let's see what the 10k yields and the 10Q in 2 weeks. I'm interested to hear more about this predatory lender and what QMC did about it. Maybe the 10K will shed some light on it.

Maybe we'll finally get the elusive commercial contract PR within the next 2-3 months.
