There are various options, but I believe he is referring to the listed warrants, the TMPSW.
IPO & Placement Warrants (TMPSW):
Strike price of $11.50. I can’t find the information regarding expiration for the TMPSW. Not in the 10-K, the Qs or at OTCQB, etc.
Series A Warrants:
Strike price of $4.80 and expiration on July 31, 2020. These have been re-set with due to JE’s note. The Series A Warrants are generally not available to the public.
