That is just not correct. How could they announce financing without meeting the qualifications set forth by the underwriter? They could apply, they could even get the stipulations but until the underwriters sees everything is done that they needed to be done Jack Hanks would have been just blowing smoke in an attempt at a P&D. Because it was not announced makes me feel better about the genuine effort MMEX has put in!
