LOL - You are aware that pink sheet stocks have different filing requirements, right? Meaning, they pretty much don't have to file anything.

So, what reason does the SEC have to do anything?

They don't care. It takes a LONG time for the SEC to find reason to do anything to a pink unless they are slinging a bunch of lies through PRs, which they aren't doing.
