YSYB's between 127°30' E & 142°30' E ("physical" UTC+09)
Parts of NE China including YSYB & the eastern half of Heilongjiang Province are located OUTSIDE UTC+08 longitudes, but using UTC+08 time. Solar time is something different. The current local time at YSYB is 43 minutes behind apparent solar time. China spans 5 geographical time zones. Give them a call & find out more.
