Nice news today. I was surprised when my TDAmeritrade alerts started going off on my phone this morning.

The PR specified a maximum price, but shouldn't it also specify the number of shares they intend to buy back? I mean, couldn't they just buy back a million and say they are done. It seems to me like it would be better news if they said, for example, that they will buy back 2 billion shares.
