This is odd - from the October 23rd 8-K.

"On October 20, 2017, Riot Blockchain, Inc. (the “Company”) acquired approximately 52% of Tess Inc., a private Ontario company (“TESS”) which is developing blockchain solutions for telecommunications companies."

Here is a problem - I looked at the website: TessPay.io and checked the Whois information.

The site was just created on 07/18/2017.

The website is one page.

Then it has Vice Chairman - Rasool Verjee
