Because it will be impossible to attract investors in numbers unless the share price is significantly higher. Most/many people see stocks at .0001 as being very high risk. At some point, assuming ABHI is as successful as Kevin implies, they will need to uplist to an exchange where they will get more attention and will increase their status as a legitimate and successful business. That will necessitate a share price that will be impossible to attain given the current number of shares outstanding.
