If I had a dollar for every time someone posted that perhaps dilution has been completed I'd have another million shares. I think we have no idea what is going on with share dilution and regardless, a reverse split will (and should) occur to drastically reduce the number of shares outstanding and the price (assuming all the partnerships work out) will rise.
