It depends on how the Canadian regulations are written. InMed certainly is not growing hemp or cannabis plants so they may not need any license.

As for raising funds, the higher the pps the fewer shares will be required to fund the trials if they decide to go that route. I expect they currently have enough funding to last for quite a while, perhaps through phase 1 of EBD clinicals. If so, we could be looking at $1+ per share by the time they need more money and the potential dilution would be minimal.

Also, they could issue Preferred shares. Thes would not be included in the OS and EPS calculations and have little effect on current shareholders.
