Up nearly 30% today!

Small volume price moves mean nothing, as does big percent changes.
When tens of millions of shares trade for several days straight, then one can make some assumptions as to what is going on.
We are holding and waiting for news on the completion of FLPC's internal audit and financials to be a fully reporting and transparent company.
