190k to settle outstanding debt was 10 million shares or so at the time. they are freely traded common shares. if they dilute now thatll piss those dudes off because the value already shrunk after newly 2 fold. it also says it will be done in two instances another one tba. but thats done with the same os. so i dont see any more os added ever and 8k not filed for more shares. 132 million os still.
