So I guess we are going to take it on the chin today aren't we. A giant slap in the face from our beloved twins.
How do all those people feel who were saying thanks for the little pullback...picked up more shares. Wish you waited for the twins' bombshell now eh. Sure some of you will say oh it doesn't bother me at all. But you can always say it's an even better moment now.
If they had done this raise without the ATM in place, would be ok. With that thing there I don't get it. What about the 3 firms they hired? Do you think they were just selling anonymously into the market? Or do you think they were selling/promoting it to their clients. With our current rise in price, I think it was the latter. But I wonder how they feel now. Especially when this raise was for Israel only, and they go a substantial discount, which in turn, discounted your newly bought shares. Do you think they may have gotten any tutes to decide to come on board? Again big money, bigger ego's and powerful companies. Ones who don't like getting screwed over. Are we going to have several Sabby types in the near future.
Even just when it seemed like we were getting some institutional investors finally coming on board. Wonder what they think about this raise.
Capital equipment argument is nothing but a joke. They basically covered all bases with what the money will be used for. Should have thrown in salaries, and trade shows and of course this big one...bonuses. Hey if the twins gave back their 4 million share bonus, this pill would be easier to swallow. Again I just shake my head at anyone to tries to back these clowns.
Everyone knows my views on management, and imo they are well deserved criticism's. But to quote a line from a fitting movie, "just when I think you couldn't be any stupider, you do this...and totally redeem yourself"
