I’m not sure where all these shares are coming from either. Back in September I tried to figure out how many shares are still being converted and I thought they were done around the time this popped to .0008, but it was quickly brought down since then prompting me to think otherwise. I’m not really sure which notes they are converting at the moment, or if they are even notes to begin with. All I know is something doesn’t smell right here.

You make a good point regarding the dollar amount. Why would they drop this stock so fast all the way to .0001 without even giving it a chance to bounce a couple times at a higher value? Like my previous example was back in September when the stock tried to run, but was quickly squashed by massive dilution. Almost seems like it was sabotaged in order to be brought down on purpose.

Then, shareholders wait for news regarding the patent that comes with a terrible 10-Q, almost insuring that shareholders would dump their shares at the lowest possible price seeing no possible reason for this to run. Then, after everyone thinks all is lost, they do exactly as you say, walk the price back up and pump the hell out of it. This would reenforce my conspiracy theory about this being brought down so insiders could lock the majority of shares.

I’m going to do some more DD on Scott Lawler, but I think you might be on to something here. Either way, something smells funny here, hence why I haven’t completely written this off as a loss.

I was about to buy a healthy number of shares at .0002, until these clowns dropped this to no bid, so at the moment I’m on the fence about getting .0001s, but my sentiment could change rather quickly with a little more research.

On the other hand, this could just be a giant scam in which they keep selling .0001s until they are close to maxing the A/S, after which they increase the A/S again and R/S this thing, but that’s seems to be a harder way for them to make money than your theory. Nevertheless, good post Nasty22. Member mark for you!
