Dont forget that the only reason for investors to exercise warrants is to sell new shares to exit and realize their investment return. Otherwise, they would hold their warrants for a few years (before the 60months deadline). Investors are not philanthropists to help company, their only primary objective is investment return.
Also, Investors usually sell their existing shares before exercising warrants, so that they can use cash from share selling to invest in exercising warrants.

Therefore, if we rely on warrant execution only, the cash generated may not be enough. (More shares to be sold, more warrants to be exercised, much lower PPS) Also, Florida hospital has given good news on the product, so what can be expected is the news from Columbia should be also not bad, same with IHU. As these results can all be expected now, the positive influence to the capital market (on the PPS) is very limited.

Relying on warrants only works in math, not in reality.
