That is rather low, if things get approved for any of their medications in pipeline. Pharmaceutical companies rise into NASDAQ quickly. Particularly if they're part of a larger movement. For example GWPH is a pharmaceutical that was on the OTC and develops medication from marijuana. In 3 months it went from pennies to 10 dollars. It now sits well over $100 in pps - did so in about a 2 years (off the top of my head).
