It is my understanding from my colleague on the Street that these folks wanted to do an IPO---first in China and that was s#@#*t canned after seeing all the hoops they had to go thru and the expense---next was the NAZ for an IPO and that was ruled out in favor of the RM----

Sterile RM companies are very expensive--upwards of $500k and theY settled with RO and a smaller amt of dollars ---thanks to a rigorous and vigorous FINRA probe we have a sterile and legit vehicle for the addition of all the companies that they wish to "house" here in JBZY---
