I'm "surprised" no mention of Atwell updates in the feed. LOL

I'm guessing he pulled his cash and now just runs away like always. What a GREAT guy! Biggest f'ing crook in the game, but he may face bigger issues this time. His mouth is his problem, and likely why OTC is holding him up. When you make grand public claims, and then do nothing about them, you set yourself up to be in a world of hurt.
