If this REVO thing is a scam, which apparently it is such, then Ron Carter knows where the skeletons are buried. He would be the nexus point, which connects this whole series of fraudulent activity, from start to finish. If he could be convinced to tell all he knows about this situation to authorities, then maybe we could get to the bottom of this matter. But here's the rub. Thus, if Mr. Carter would indeed tell all he knows, it's possible he could incriminate himself. So, that's the quandary. I'm convinced Mr. Carter could blow this thing up and get it resolved, but he can't/won't because of the aforementioned scenario (self incrimination). Guest what, the other perpetrators know this as well, and are feeling pretty safe while they continue to stuff their pockets. Make no mistake about it, it's going to be very difficult to break this thing open without someone on the inside blowing the whistle.
