I'm guessing if their " not giving up " then the next 3 Q's will be the ones they do something.

The 4th 1st and 2nd Q's in Penny World are the ones to do it in.

Plus with all the Govt deregulation and positive business outlook, if they don't do something during this timeframe they might as well pack up and stop paying listing fees as it's total BS
