A shell company... Possibly... Never heard this company before, probably just like what they said, a specialised company with markets in Asia Pacific only.
Since Longtai is the biggest shareholder, I personally expect Longtai continue to invest and help Titan now. Maybe another 8M or 10M will make Titan live a much easier life for next year... Same thing, fantastic if there is any other company who is able to provide large fund injection to help Titan in meeting the 2018 milestones.
As long as Titan can continue to meet the milestones and the PPS increases (necessary drops occasionally) all the way to the FDA stage, I wouldn't mind to see any changes.
