Concerns: spoke with Transfer Agent yesterday, No info available. The contact number given is not a good number. Got a response - this is not Mr Vallos number, sorry. EMail- a hotmail account, still no reply. Why would the CEO of a company communicate thru a hotmail address, does the company not have a company email? Lots of red flags. And still no communication on LOI. If it's a dead deal, at least communicate that. Bad news is better that no news or silence.
