Problem is. It doesn't work. Subs getting Locked out for a month or more without being noticed, So Deals are not getting out to the Target audience. Software is loaded with bugs. The Dispensaries can't be happy with this . They may be opting out. Hence, Colorado expansion is 2 months late. No Updates means more Dilution means Lower Share Price.
