I researched it some and it does seem there will be several different ways (if a buyout happens) that it be handled....I guess it is up to the buying company and Steve who will make the decision and finalize what will happen. With our share price being at/about 0.01 right now who knows what kind of final price we would get if it happens. Hey would my capital gains tax still be higher(since I've had ONCI less than a year) if they are sold in a buy out??
