They raised the Authorized share level to facilitate a strategic investment. Having the 500m there in the event of this company engaging with a key strategic is a smart move. So long as the issued remains below 150m i think this clever management.

Until this company is actively engaged in commercial transactions their expenses will be higher than revenue. The only way to fund that is through equity investments.

Key thing here is for management to continue to steamine costs and for license revenue to continue.
