That's exactly what I'm thinking. Of course the whole delay could have been the debt and the usual FINRA red tape. However my theory does sound plausible. I sure wouldn't mind a buyout at around .50 per share. I would retire immediately!

As always, no matter how it pans out I do honestly believe that we all have a golden ticket in our hands! GLTA!
