I'm not NEG. or Pos. I'm holding 20million shares at $.0011 @ $.03= $600,000.00 trying to find a reasonable Exit. Hold a few million long term just in case I get backfired by a reverse split.

I learned that SANP will be ordering 100 S9 Ant. machine that cost $29,000 each. which means they need an approx. capital of $2.5-$3 million dollars for this business plan to work with Canoe Pool.

On 10/23/17 SANP ordering 100 S9 machines will ship approx. 30-45 days... One machine cost $29,000.

Do we know if Canoe Pooling will be funding SANP for this big project or is it coming out of shareholders pocket?

If it's coming out of shareholders pocket, we will be close to Maxing the OS, if it's coming out of shareholders pocket.

Which would make a risk investment of dealing with R/S... again, does SANP already have funding ahead of time (canoe pool)? according to their filings they don't have enough capital to be dealing with something this big, unless they dilute shareholders or have funding from Canoe Pool...

Canoe Pool will be sharing their secrets to SANP. Big ?'s what happens when we go current?

That's the big ?, is it a good news if they decide to R/S to raise capital for this big project or are we getting funded by Canoe.

Current A/S: 7,500,000,000 (7.5 bil.)
Outstanding share: 5 bil. +/-

I need a good exit strategy... I'm thinking this will go up, as long as VNDM stays at $.003
