what began this discussion was the PR about the AUS deal. show me anything that says a PR can't take the place of an 8-K in that situation. the normal course of business means contracts are inked. even in the case of a large contract, this is the normal course of business. and the scale of each deal is relative, meaning what constitutes a major contract now could be considered small a month later.
