If the closing is on the 31st, do people really think the company will have to or will 8K it on that same day??? C’mon get real people! There will have to be at least 3-4 days for that to happen in the normal business world! Nothing in the 8K states they will advise shareholder of the acquisition by the 31st! I know it’s easier to point fingers right on that day, but I will feel horrible for the investors that freak out and sell just because they weren’t patient by not giving the company a fair and reasonable time to get the news of acquisition out! The writing is on the wall and the lease of N417XA looks like it’s moving forward by 10 new registration documents being file on the aircraft yesterday! We can fixate on a date or we can look at the facts and see the progress right in front of all of us!
