Buzzy emphasized to me also that the targeted date is in fact the date of record. Meaning, Monday is the ex-dividend day and Tuesday October 31, 2017 is the date of record.

Now, I for one will eagerly await the details of my spin-off shares and the upcoming IPO. In the meantime, I'm also looking forward to the 7-Eleven agreements and our new website. Remember also, Buzzy said that he expected to be breaking ground in November on the first Hollywood Star Haircuts store in New Hampshire.

Folks, we are just getting started here because most of these things Buzzy is talking about haven't even surfaced yet meaning we are in for some good days ahead as this all starts coming together!
