I can't think of any good reason why the
CEO retained James C DiPrima as CFO
when he could have retained an
SEC - reporting CPA for an annual cost
of approx $ 15,000 - $ 30,000.

Having 3 different Executives on the payroll
of a small start up Company is ridiculous.

James C DiPrima was the CEO of RSII
before Robert Weber took over the position.
I wonder if this was the cost of the deal
- a job for DiPrima as CFO?
