The best way to deal with this is to assume that the collateral shares in the US have been sold and we will not get them back.

So then there are 24M shares that are entitled to 18.3M TRW shares at time of distribution. You get 0.76 TRW shares for every SIAF share.

The value should be close to $4, for now.
0.76 x $4 = $3.04

All other things excluded, this should make SIAF a $5 stock before the ex-date. And it will trade close to that price.

The important thing here is, when will they announce it. And how long until the ex-date. They better get this friggin thing moving because we should have had it already.
