tebow4ever: Caution! I too have a large WHALE position in IFXY at Trip 5 - based on mostly rumors, hype, and recent unverified reports. But nowhere near your $3750 7.5 mil share position @ Trip 5.

However, MOST everything now is based on rumor, and merger rumors, buyout, etc. Of course a single positive news release will make you money. BUT none really for 8 years? Watch closely.

ALSO, remember IFXY has not actually released real news since 2010. This is worrisome. Almost 8 years. Not normal. So watch closely Monday and stay aware. Monday is pivotal here if NO news comes before the market opens Monday. JUST MY opinion. Be vigilant. I too love Tim Tebow's convictions, etc.

This company will either turn out to be real and resurrect. Or, perhaps really no longer there. WATCH. You have too much invested.

There has NOT been a News release from or about IFXY since July 2015 (Drones). It is now the END of 2017.

People have been reporting that the IFXY CEO says great news is coming that has yet to arrive. I think it is actually this weird news blackout that caused Thursday's selloff. BUT I will 'take a WHALE of a chance' with IFXY, based just rumors so far. BUT only at the much safer Trip .0004 - .0005, or lower level, until I see something 'concrete'.

IT DID STATE: On October 19, 2017, Infrax Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Form 15 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to voluntarily deregister its common stock. Yes companies often do that when they are in negotiations and don't want the LEGAL need to report everything. LET's see if for real -- or just a ploy... Let them surprise me. But at the Trip 3 or 4 level.

ALSO, GOOD NEWS - depending that it does not cause a R/S or a large increase in authorized shares (A/S), which is a possibility. The IFXY Transfer agent reported that authorized shares (A/S) as of 10/26/2017 were only 1,990,000,000 Vs. Outstanding Shares of 1,693,911,416.
