Might that be a violation of SEC rules?? Solicitations without registration (no Form D) ??

I recall the term "unacredited investors" being mixed up with fishy private placements....

...Yet, the company is sending out emails begging for yet more private placement money? Something don't add up.

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence.
