It's quite possible, but now we need to go back to 2004 and dig up everything on Waatle, which was formed to do the same thing CVSU was formed to do, then merged into FHAL, then CSHD, all for the same objectives.
We really need to find out how many Waatle shareholders there were, and if you people are facilitating them with their final exit strategey. Did Waatle claim to have hundred of millions in assets? Did they ever fund a project? Why should there be shareholders that can claim rights to your assets?

Here are some links to interesting headlines regarding Waatle.

"For the past few months we have considered several possible candidates for a reverse merger or acquisition. After completing due diligence on the potential reverse merger candidate, a Utah registered company based in California, we have decided that it will be more ...

What we are seeing here is the identical business plan executed under several different names to leave a very confusing paper trail. Each entity prints new shares, they don't provide any revenue. I'm guessing that Waatle should add about 50 million shares into the mix.

So, you asked if this PR made me think this merger is real, it did the exact opposite. All of you CSHD shareholders are being used as a means to get other people out who have been stuck here for years.
