Didn't Derek tell us on the conference call awhile back...

Basically he was trying to empathize about the PPS being so shatty.

Then he said " guys give us 2 years, just wait" Well its been 2 years and your still selling all your common shares ( because you can just approve more) and your still diluting the pps down to the teens.

Lets not even bring the toxic financing
