Now I am asked to trust that the current BOD has "seen the light" and from this moment forward, they will do the right thing for the shareholders....really??



They are not capable of getting this company anywhere because they don't know anything about the business and industry. They were/are in it just for the money. Just look at the salary that they collected and the number of shares that they bought, in the company that they supposedly cared about. They have been stealing for 20 YEARS

It is all common sense.
