Another cash call and they will confiscate our shares. Or more likely they will simply wait for the expiration of grace period on the first cash call, and then drop the axe. It would seem less ruthless and assuage their "guilt." Simple as that. We are at their complete and utter mercy. The contract that JJ and Chapin signed that puts us in this position is worse than Les's theft.
Perhaps that was the plan in the first place. Erase MDMN somehow.
