They way their call system works from what I understand is not not only for collecting agents to hide a 1800 number. my mortgage company uses a system like it as well. The bank didn’t tell me what system they used but when they called me it was a local area code, but they are based 2000 miles away. They said it’s a ring less system to keep calling costs down on out bound long distance calls from a land line phone. Such as their customer service line. 2.7 billion minutes to be sold by years end. Can’t wait for the 10qs.
