$ELTZ Let me clarify, the ones that have been talked about here, the $55k and $68k Notes. As for running the business, he has done what he has done to get to this point and it has been my understanding that once he got acquisitions closed he would use financing to clear up the debt. We will see because this pps is clearly on Tecco and his actions from here.
