Honestly the way traders are, I think if they came out and gave a "welcome" PR we would just see a small pop and sell on news scenario. The merger is already priced in at this point. A welcome PR wouldn't do much of anything.

We're going to need better details of what exactly is coming in and the situation on filings or financials. Basically something new.
