I think that might be your goal - the destruction of BKMP. Those billions of shares were sold to support TFN and get it going - The shareholders of BKMP deserve to see some return on their investment. You seem to think that your pref. shares are giving you ownership of TFN and you dumped your BKMP shares, so you stand to benefit from the death of BKMP. But that is your personal agenda.
